Hand Sanitizer Stations

Hand sanitizer dispensers are located on the walls throughout the hospital. Visitors are encouraged to use the wall sanitizers when entering or exiting a patient room to protect visitors and patients from germs that may cause infections.

Hotel Discounts

Various hotels in the Jackson area offer discounts for families with patients at our hospital. Once you arrive, tell the hotel clerk that you are a West Tennessee Healthcare family member to find out if your hotel participates in the discount offers.

Information Desk

To help you navigate our hospital, directions can be found at two Information desks located in the main lobby by the hospital entrances.

Parking

Our main parking garage for visitors is Garage One at the intersection of Forest and Summar Drive. Access to the hospital is provided by a climate-controlled walkway on two of the garage levels. Visitors may also park in the large parking lot in front of the hospital’s main entrance.

Public Restrooms

Please ask your visitors not to use the bathroom in your room. Your bathroom is reserved for your use only in order to protect your health. Public restrooms are located throughout the hospital for your guests.

Vending Machines

Vending machines offering beverages and snacks are located by Subway and Chick-fil-A, as well as across the hall from the cafeteria on the Lower Level.

They are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Virtual Visits

Virtual visitation is available for patients through our Nurse Navigation Department.
